Job Summary
General Banking Operations Officer supports multi-product operational activities by handling transaction processing, account setup/maintenance, document validation, and post-disbursement monitoring with strict adherence to procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with clients and internal/third-party stakeholders to satisfy conditions precedents before drawdowns, processing disbursements and loan repayments, maintaining organized filing for audits, performing reconciliations and reporting, providing operational support across teams, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements to enhance client service. Skills emphasized include attention to detail, ability to process transactions in a controlled environment, familiarity with banking systems and workflows, strong communication with internal stakeholders and clients, and the ability to identify and escalate issues as needed.
