Job Summary
Conduct daily roll form, laser, and machine operations while monitoring coil, weld, and cut quality to ensure parts meet standards. Safely operate tools and equipment following work instructions, complete production and quality documentation, and actively seek process improvements. Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor while maintaining a strong safety focus and commitment to quality. Work Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with optional Friday overtime based on customer needs. Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers, ring/plug/GNG, pi tape, tape measure, linear gauge)
- Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
