Job Summary
Operate production equipment in the Sharps Department, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and quality checks while maintaining accurate records of production, downtime, and waste. Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the shift and utilize batch numbers assigned in SAP. Notify technical personnel immediately of any equipment malfunctions and observe all safety, environmental, and Quality Systems Requirements. Participate as a team associate in daily operations to support business needs. This 12-month E Shift position requires a 12-hour schedule from 8am to 8pm on a 3-2-2-3 rotation, with an eye exam required prior to start.
