Job Summary
Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards while conducting regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records. Pack HVAC products securely for transit, label and organize items for easy access, and ensure parts and tools are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes, maintain a clean work area, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This on-site role requires standing for 8-12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), with overtime and additional hours available during peak times and year-end.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Able to work 8-12-hour shifts standing
- Available to work any shift and/or overtime as needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work cooperatively with others
- Able to manage time effectively
- Able to organize and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrates strong job-related knowledge
- Able to operate in alignment with safety standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to identify and solve problems
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear
- Ability to use hands and fingers to type or dial
