Job Summary
Fabricate, assemble, test, and package medical devices while setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment in accordance with defined SOPs. Conduct quality inspections on processing lines and perform maintenance using basic measurement tools like microscopes. Rotate through different tasks and responsibilities within the manufacturing team. This role requires a flexible schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as requested by management. Candidates must possess reliable transportation, mechanical aptitude, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications

- Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience
- Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand
- Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations
- Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 pounds
