Job Summary
Join a dynamic team for ongoing civil construction projects, where responsibilities include following safety protocols and performing various tasks on construction sites. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in civil construction, a valid provincial driver’s license, and the ability to work in all-weather conditions. Being physically fit to lift 50 pounds and perform extensive physical labor is essential. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are required. Compensation starts at $24 per hour, with opportunities for benefits after three months of employment and potential for internal promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in civil construction
- Valid provincial driver’s license
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently when required
- Able to do extensive physical labour
- Ability to take and follow instruction
- Professional demeanour when dealing with the public
- Able to work outside in all-weather at all times of the year
Desired Qualifications
- Recent working experience in similar role
- First aid training
