Job Summary
Join Heartland Paving Partners as a General Application where you will assist with various tasks related to asphalt and concrete installation and maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining asphalt and concrete surfaces, pouring and finishing materials, operating basic tools and machinery, as well as performing general labor tasks and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and possess basic knowledge of construction tools. A strong work ethic and teamwork skills are essential.
