Job Summary
General Affairs Specialist responsible for coordinating administrative functions and event planning, project management and implementation including budgeting analysis, policy implementation, vendor research and management, procurement, and office-space planning. Handles office and corporate program administration, maintains inventory of supplies, supports vendor performance assessments, and acts as a liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with relevant standards. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently, and experience with MS Excel/PowerPoint; experience in facilities management, space planning, and event coordination is preferred. Role involves maintaining compliance with applicable ADA/FMLA standards and supporting a range of administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowlege of facilities management principles including space planning, maintenance, and safety regulations
