General Advice Consultant

Provide general advice to Zurich Assure customers by assisting with existing insurance cover, helping them retain valuable cover, and providing quotes for new cover. Manage inbound calls and conduct proactive outbound dialling to engage customers, taking ownership of all requests to ensure satisfaction. Utilize product knowledge to respond to simple and complex enquiries while maintaining compliance and managing complaints. Assist with transactional and administrative activities and develop accurate knowledge of legislative changes. Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
