Job Summary
Provide day-to-day back office support and data entry for members/clients, with a focus on data entry, Xero accounting tasks, statements reconciliation, inbox management, invoicing, and auditing of technician compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with job and quote creation, quote follow-ups, generic follow-ups, collections for customers, preparing completed jobs for invoicing, generating KPI reports, and handling after-hours or regular calls as required, including outbound B2B calls. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong multi-tasking and attention to detail, and at least 1 year of back-office experience; familiarity with back-office operations and customer service is favourable.
