Assist day to day operations for members/clients in back-office and data-entry tasks using accounting software Xero and Simpro, including statement reconciliation and inbox traffic management. Work within a global team environment, performing data entry, reconciliation, and monitoring of back-office processes while delivering clear communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking efficiency. The role emphasizes supporting client operations, handling generic inboxes, and maintaining smooth workflow across multiple systems with opportunities for internal promotion and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year back office experience
- Experience in customer service is favourable
- Immediate to advanced computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload
