General Accounting Clerk I

Assist the Controller in all phases of office operations. Responsibilities include matching invoices to receiving tickets, distributing payroll checks, preparing financial reports (bank deposits, cashier sheets, etc.), reconciling cash disbursement, payroll and bank accounts, preparing Managers Report, and analyzing general ledger accounts. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure compliance with company policies (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.). Perform other duties deemed integral by management, including adherence to work schedules and attendance policies.
