Job Summary
Oversee procurement processes, including PRs, canvassing, and PO preparation. Assist with closing books, preparing financial and compliance reports, and monitoring accounts receivables and payables. Handle VAT and EWT filings, attend to audit findings, and reconcile accounts. Monitor the petty cash fund and manage reimbursement concerns. Review liquidation reports and perform analytical procedures on departmental reports. Collaborate with the Procurement Supervisor on purchasing activities and complete additional tasks assigned by superiors. Requires a bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a CPA license preferred, plus 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience and 1 year in auditing and tax filing.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- At least 2–3 years of progressive experience in end-to-end accounting process
- At least 1 year of experience in Auditing and filing of EWTs and VAT
- Experience on advanced MS Office e.g. Excel
- Solid understanding of Business Taxation, and recent updates on Taxation
- Skilled in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Competent in data analysis and summarization
