Job Summary
Process accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and collections. Prepare and assist in processing payroll while ensuring compliance with statutory benefits and Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Maintain accurate financial records, file government-mandated reports, and support internal control audits. Provide assistance in financial reporting, system updates, and other duties as assigned under the Accounting Manager's supervision. This onsite role supports day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-disciplinary team delivering global business support services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and grow under the supervision of the Accounting Manager
