Job Summary
Process payroll and statutory benefits, manage accounts payable and receivable including invoice preparation and collections, and file BIR reports and government-mandated requirements. Maintain accurate financial records, support internal control audits, and assist in financial reporting and analysis. Participate in system updates and improvements under the Accounting Manager's guidance. This full-time onsite role in Subic Bay Freeport Zone supports day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-disciplinary team providing global business support services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and grow under the supervision of the Accounting Manager
