Job Summary
Assist with financial recordkeeping and analysis: verify figures, organize, secure, and maintain all files and records; record and analyze computerized financial information; classify, code, and summarize data to prepare and maintain financial records using journals and ledgers; prepare, audit, and distribute financial, auditing, payroll, and related reports; perform period-end closings and reconciliations; handle invoices and account statements following company procedures; manage cash deposits and investigate variances; maintain cashier banks and contracts; uphold policies, confidentiality, asset protection, and professional communication; collaborate with team to achieve goals and support guests and coworkers; perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors.
