Job Summary
Financial ERP Implementation Specialist-focused role: configure and validate financial ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), support data migration and testing, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal controls, and collaborate with Finance/IT/partners to translate accounting requirements into system functionality and meet project timelines. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate accounting requirements into system functionality, attention to detail, and experience in ERP implementations. Strong candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, plus 5+ years of ERP/finance system experience and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting systems, or ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience with one or more financial ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of core accounting processes and financial close
- Experience working in project-based or implementation environments
