Job Summary
General Accountant role based at ANINE BING Paris HQ with one remote day per week (Wednesday or Friday). Own the monthly and annual close for multi-entity entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany bookings, and tax filings support; collaborate across Operations, Retail, and HQ; leverage ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage) and Excel/Google Sheets; require strong French GAAP knowledge with exposure to US GAAP/IFRS a plus; ideal candidate has 3-6 years’ accounting experience in an international environment, fluent English, and preference for familiarity with retail/fashion/e-commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment
- Strong technical command of French GAAP; exposure to US GAAP or IFRS is a plus
- Solid hands-on expertise on the full close cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage) and Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluent English required; French is a strong asset
- Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce or consumer goods is a plus
