作为患者解决方案经理,负责制定患者全程管理策略、创新支付解决方案、疾病认知教育、准入及安全运营以及上市后学术平台搭建等工作,从而提升标准化诊疗水平、患者知晓率与可及性。需管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目,梳理并建立生态圈内患者跨院/院内的分级诊疗与双向转诊路径,协助会诊通道建设、上下层医院衔接、绿色转诊通道建立并确保合规性;与准入/支付团队协作,传递相关支付解决方案信息;与第三方机构合作开展患者教育,提升疾病认知,促进患者获益。
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years medical/pharma industry experience
- management experience preferred
- cross-functional or relevant therapeutic area experience preferred
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- strong compliance awareness
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
