Job Summary
Lead the Enterprise Data Management team as the data governance owner for the financial supply chain department, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across global core systems and local business models. Establish new policies and processes for master data maintenance, including the introduction of Contract data, while optimizing Material, Customer, and Equipment master records. Manage team performance through visualization, workload adjustment, and skill development in data analysis and SAP systems. Drive standardization and digital transformation initiatives, resolving system integration errors and leading the SAP replacement project to ensure robust operational flows. Collaborate with senior leaders across sales, marketing, finance, and IT to align data governance with global standards and domestic requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3年以上のピープルマネジメント経験（または、それに準ずるチームリードやプロジェクトマネジメントの経験）
- 財務経理におけるSAPシステム（特にMM、SDモジュール）の役割の理解
- Material、Customer master等の管理・改善経験
- Contract data（契約データ）などの新しいマスターデータ・ポリシーの策定やプロセスを構築した経験
- 複雑なデータフローやビジネス要件を整理し、他部門のステークホルダーやマネジメント層に対してプロセスの重要性を論理的に説明し、改善を巻き込む能力（ビジネス要件をシステム/データ要件へ翻訳できるスキル）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（グローバルのIT/プロジェクトマネジメントチームとの会議出席、メール、システム仕様変更に関する交渉が可能なレベル）
- 全国転勤あり
Desired Qualifications
- 医薬品・医療機器・診断薬業界における、流通（卸商流、EDIソリューション）および業界特有の値引（仕切、リベート等）の慣行に関する深い知識
- 業務プロセスの自動化（RPA導入など）、システム刷新、または組織変更のチェンジマネジメントをリードした経験
- 複雑な利害関係が絡むデータ管理において、論理的かつ粘り強く他部門と交渉し、合意を形成できる方
- 財務およびコンプライアンスに直結するデータを扱うため、妥協のない正確性とガバナンス意識を持てる方
- 現状の「マニュアル処理」を維持するだけでなく、最新のデジタルツールやAIを駆使し新しい観点で変革をリードできる方
- 変化が早いビジネス環境にて、ステークホルダーの多い複雑な問題の本質を素早く理解し、チームのアクションに変換できる洞察力と応用力を発揮できる方
