Job Summary
Gender, Women, Girls and Youth Empowerment (GWGYE) Specialist responsible for technical leadership across CARE Zimbabwe's empowerment programming, driving gender-transformative approaches, capacity building for staff and partners, and advocacy to advance policy reforms and economic empowerment for women and girls; role includes overseeing women and girls’ empowerment strategies, capacity-building initiatives, expansion of VSLA and digitalization, and leading advocacy and learning efforts across donor reporting and networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
