Gender Climate Infrastructure Consultant (Type B)

Conduct a gender gap analysis of climate-resilient infrastructure policies in Vanuatu to identify opportunities for strengthening gender-transformative approaches and preventing gender-based violence. Develop and deliver a training package for government officials and stakeholders on designing and implementing gender-transformative climate-resilient infrastructure. Produce a policy brief to support evidence-based advocacy and policy reform, ensuring initiatives reduce GBV risks and promote safer, more inclusive outcomes for women and girls. This consultancy supports IOM's project with UN Women to enhance national capacities within the Pacific Partnership programme.
