Job Summary
Senior GenAI-focused software engineer responsible for building and deploying scalable LLM, RAG, and agent-based systems. Architect LLM inference and deployment pipelines; optimize models for production efficiency; collaborate with data science, research, and product teams; ensure clean code, testing, reproducibility, and CI/CD; mentor junior engineers and promote ethical, secure AI development. Nice-to-have: quantization/pruning/distillation, multimodal AI (text, vision, audio), FastAPI vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma); cloud AI deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), MLOps and tracking (Git, MLflow); data pipelines (Snowflake).
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering / software engineering roles
- Strong Python with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn
- Deep learning experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Hands-on with LLM frameworks: Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks: AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph
- Experience with RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector databases
- Strong software engineering practices: microservices, TDD, concurrency
- Ability to prototype and productionize GenAI solutions
- Snowflake data warehousing experience
