Job Summary
Develop and enhance chatbot and AI-driven applications using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph while designing autonomous agents with tool usage and memory. Connect and consume large language models via APIs, including async and streaming interactions, and write optimized SQL queries for PostgreSQL databases. Collaborate within a Scrum team on Azure DevOps workflows, managing Git repositories, branches, and CI/CD pipelines. Participate in on-site collaboration two days per week and contribute to sprint goals through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing. Work on cutting-edge agentic AI architectures and multi-agent coordination systems with real-world impact.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall software development experience
- strong proficiency in Python
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Python development
- ability to learn quickly and deliver results in AI-driven environments
- Practical experience working with AI systems
- experience involving agentic AI architectures
- Strong experience in API integration
- asynchronous and streaming data processing
- Solid working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- PostgreSQL experience
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for building AI workflows
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
- ability to Build, maintain, and improve AI-driven Python applications in a collaborative team environment
- ability to Design and implement LLM-powered workflows
- ability to Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector database concepts where appropriate
- ability to Work effectively with async processes and real-time data streams
