GenAI Product Lead, EMAP

Job Summary
Own the regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap for EMAP across Ascend and Fraud portfolios, translating capabilities into clear customer value propositions and monetizable offerings. Lead discovery of high-impact opportunities, define use cases with success measures, and drive productization into market-ready, revenue-generating products designed for regional scale. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams to embed GenAI into core platforms, ensuring features are explainable, auditable, and aligned with risk frameworks. Drive adoption across diverse markets by collaborating with Sales on strategic deals and tracking outcomes including revenue impact and productivity gains.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager / Principal PM / Product Leader with experience owning business outcomes or product portfolio performance
- Strong grounding in product discovery, productization, and outcome-based prioritization
- Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, patterns, and limitations
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into commercially compelling, customer-ready offering
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Proven track record in one or more of the following: product monetization, pricing & packaging, go-to-market strategy, revenue ownership or business case delivery
