Job Summary
GenAI Platform Engineer responsible for designing and building CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment of GenAI solutions; create reusable infrastructure building blocks for GenAI development; work on GenAI Gateway with emphasis on robustness and security; coordinate with IT teams (API, Security) to ensure secure integrations; set up and manage model monitoring to gain performance insights and rapid issue detection; location in Rotterdam with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- The candidate possesses demonstrable science-oriented university-level work
- The candidate has at least 6 years of demonstrable work experience in IT / engineering / digital transformation and experience with an AI platform team
- Demonstrable, up-to-date knowledge and certifications in the field of generative AI
- Demonstrable experience with responsible AI and AI governance in accordance with the EU AI Act and ISO 42001
- Demonstrable experience with model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops (MLOps principles)
