Job Summary
Design and develop intelligent conversational applications using modern AI and Generative AI technologies, building chatbot systems powered by large language models and agentic AI frameworks. Develop scalable backend services with Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, integrating RAG and LLM-based solutions into enterprise apps while deploying on cloud platforms like Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that enhance user engagement, ensuring high-quality software through clean coding practices and continuous integration. Experiment with emerging AI technologies to propose approaches that improve conversational systems and digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in backend development using Java or Kotlin
- Practical experience working with Spring Boot for building modern applications and APIs
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT, LLMs, Agentic AI, or RAG architectures
- Experience developing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AI-powered digital solutions
- Familiarity with cloud environments and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as Azure
