Job Summary
Define the future-state Finance operating model by redesigning Finance functions to fully leverage Generative AI capabilities and accelerate adoption across the Group. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI opportunities across all corporate finance processes while driving the Finance AI roadmap aligned with leadership priorities. Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered Finance applications as product owner and project manager, implementing workflow automation solutions and supporting teams in moving from manual activities toward augmented processes. Own the GenAI Finance knowledge management framework, ensuring assets, prompts, and best practices are maintained and shared across the organization. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to promote productivity and enablement. Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver solutions and track adoption, onboarding, and value creation KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- around 10 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Consulting, or a related field
- successfully led transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives
- strong understanding of Finance processes, operating models, and corporate Finance functions
- experience working on Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, or AI-related projects
- passionate about emerging AI technologies and enjoy experimenting with innovative solutions
- comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong project management skills
- excellent communicator capable of driving change and engaging diverse audiences
- enjoy building knowledge-sharing communities and enabling teams through coaching and training
- fluent in English and thrive in an international environment

- on-site presence in the Bordeaux office or Sliema office at least 4 days per month
