Job Summary
Maintain and enhance the "Copilot" agent feature using Google Cloud's Vertex AI products by integrating additional internal or external APIs via function calling. Improve the agent's analytics and knowledge base by exposing new data sets and adding context to search indexes for retrieval-augmented generation. Monitor answer quality and correctness through created tools and processes, while evaluating new LLMs as they become available. Collaborate with full-stack engineers to deploy point content generation capabilities and work with product managers to prototype, implement, and estimate effort for new features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Understanding of LLM/GPT concepts
- Proficiency in prompt engineering
- Proficiency with Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and/or sql query writing
- At least 1 year working in Generative AI, or extensive and demonstrable personal projects (be prepared to show in Kaggle, Github, OpenAI, etc; to demo and describe in detail, answer questions and defend critiques)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache MLlib, or Scikit-learn
- Experience working in Google's (GCP) environment
- Proficiency with Javascript/Typescript or Java/Scala
- Experience in and understanding of marketing/advertising industry
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
