Job Summary
GenAI Comms Strategist in OLIVER's Beauty AI Studio responsible for decoding beauty culture across markets, leveraging AI-powered analysis to inform strategy and content direction, developing social strategies for multiple markets, co-creating AI-assisted scripts and narratives, building flexible messaging frameworks across brands and platforms, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, designing AI workflows and content calendars, ensuring brand integrity and ethical AI usage, and leading day-to-day strategic and copy development with high-quality outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing social-first strategy for beauty, wellness, or personal care brands
- Ability to work across multiple markets and interpret local trends
- Experience crafting brand narratives, campaign frameworks, and content systems
- Strong editorial judgement and quality control for AI-generated content
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for writing and content production
- Ability to design AI-assisted workflows and agent chaining
- Vernacular localization and language needs understanding
- English fluency essential; additional languages an advantage
