Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs for AI-driven and conversational platforms using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot. Build scalable microservices and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging GenAI, ChatGPT, Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP concepts. Contribute to chatbot development and collaborate on cloud-native application architecture within Azure Cloud environments. Translate business requirements into scalable backend solutions while ensuring high-quality, secure code through best practices. Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in backend development using Java and Kotlin
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience working with AI and GenAI technologies including ChatGPT, Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP
- Experience developing conversational AI platforms or chatbot solutions
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
