Job Summary
GenAI & Agentic Product Manager, Vice President to lead GenAI platform capabilities within CCB. Bridge customer needs with technical execution, collaborating with engineering, data science, business, and control partners to deliver scalable, resilient, user-centric generative AI products aligned with market trends and enterprise priorities. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, drive user research, market analysis, competitive benchmarking, manage the product backlog, track success metrics, communicate vision and progress to stakeholders, and support vendor evaluation and integration related to GenAI technologies and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with leadership in AI/ML or data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of agentic and generative AI technologies, machine learning workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience managing product lifecycle from discovery to delivery in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with compliance and governance considerations in AI/ML product development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business, AI Product Design, or related field
- Preferred: experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Knowledge of emerging trends and competitive landscape in generative AI
- Background in vendor management and technology integration
