Job Summary
Gen - AI Architect responsible for defining and designing AI architecture, frameworks, and strategies to meet organizational needs. The role involves evaluating and selecting AI tools and platforms, supervising or contributing to the development and optimization of large and small language models, and ensuring AI solutions integrate with business processes while complying with internal policies. You will design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions, stay updated on AI/ML advancements, and collaborate across AI research teams, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders. The position emphasizes strong Azure cloud expertise, PaaS/SaaS deployments on Azure, and coordinating with onsite and offshore teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI projects, data science, or related field
- Expertise in AI & GenAI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision)
- Proficiency in Python or .Net
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure & GCP), APIs, and microservices
- Knowledge of big data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Spark)
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools/platforms (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Ollama, DataBricks)
- Experience in managing technical projects, preferably in AI/machine learning or data-driven technologies
- Experience architecting AI solutions using on-premise and Cloud technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with data engineering and cloud architecture principles
