Pricing Manager role at Linklaters focusing on expanding the firm’s pricing capability for complex legal matters, including AI-assisted delivery. Serve as a trusted adviser to partners and senior stakeholders, leading development and implementation of innovative pricing strategies for high-value, multi-jurisdictional work. Drive analysis and governance of commercial proposals, embed advanced pricing tools and GenAI-enabled approaches, and shape forward-thinking, value-driven pricing solutions across the firm. Key responsibilities include leading the global pricing team, evolving commercial strategy, developing complex matter proposals, advising on pricing strategies with financial modelling and scenario analysis, identifying standardisation opportunities, building standard and bespoke models to assess margins and optimal fee arrangements (AFAs, value-based pricing, hybrid structures), managing AFAs within financial systems, and delivering training to strengthen pricing capability while understanding the firm’s delivery models.
