Gel Prep Operator

Gel Prep Operator responsible for weighing and mixing raw materials to produce gelatin for encapsulation, preparing and blending batches per SOPs and batch records, operating blending equipment, completing batch paperwork in a cGMP environment, maintaining clean and organized work areas, following safety procedures, and collaborating with the Product Development team to support new products. Role requires ability to read documents, operate industrial machinery, and work a 12-hour rotating shift on-site in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, FL. Includes potential cross-training across departments and adherence to batch records, SOPs, and safety policies; includes documentation updates and maintaining compliance with cGMP.
