Job Summary
Coordinate construction of electrical works for building projects by supervising site supervisors and subcontractors against specifications and schedules. Conduct market research for materials, prepare cost estimates and technical bids, and support submissions to the Chief Technical Engineer. Perform quality, health, and safety inspections while monitoring project costs and maintaining daily logs. Execute equipment tests, verify subcontractor invoices, and compile weekly and monthly reports for the Project Director. Liaise with external services and resolve technical construction issues.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου
- 5 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε εργοτάξιο
- Εμπειρία σε επίβλεψη και συντονισμό εργασιών εργοταξίου κτιριακών έργων
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Auto Cad
Desired Qualifications
- Επιθυμητή σχετική εμπειρία σε κατασκευή κτιρίου γραφείων, ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος και ανακαίνισης κτιρίων
