Organize and oversee routine maintenance implementation for the highway, coordinating infrastructure inspections per the Maintenance Manual. Plan temporary traffic regulations for maintenance execution in collaboration with the relevant authority. Supervise additional heavy maintenance works and ensure company procedures are followed while proposing improvements to senior management. Train maintenance staff on relevant technical subjects. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, minimum 10 years of experience in highway maintenance supervision, and strong knowledge of technical standards and MS Office.
