Lead the application studies, construction operations, and resolution of ongoing technical issues for the New International Airport of Heraklion project. Produce Shop Drawings and As Built documentation, prepare quantity surveys, material requirements, and cost estimates. Conduct market research to compare subcontractors and suppliers, manage material ordering and receipt processes, and collaborate with contractors to ensure strict adherence to specifications. Compile subcontractor accounts and certifications, monitor daily progress against the schedule, and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Director. Requires a Master's in Architectural Engineering with seven years of experience in major construction, advanced AutoCAD skills, and strong English proficiency.
