Coordinate construction activities for a railway project in Bulgaria, ensuring timely application of designs and adherence to schedules. Monitor subcontractors and crews for correct implementation of construction plans, while preparing material quantity estimates and coordinating material delivery from suppliers. Facilitate safe operations between subcontractor teams and identify errors or omissions promptly to report to the Project Director. Collaborate directly with other engineers, technicians, and site crews. Requires a Civil Engineering degree, five years of infrastructure construction experience, and strong English proficiency.
