Personal Lines Producer at a GEICO Local Office in Miami, FL who will develop and maintain client relationships, advise on auto/home/umbrella coverage, perform risk assessments, present quotes, manage renewals, stay current on industry trends, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets using CRM to manage leads and call hot GEICO leads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida insurance license in property and casualty
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
