Operate small maintenance vehicles and perform mechanical and manual cleaning on public and private sidewalks, streets, and parking lots. Remove litter, leaves, and weeds while maintaining a tidy appearance of all serviced areas. Conduct vehicle maintenance and repairs. Possess a valid Class BE/C1 driver's license for vehicles up to 7.5 tons and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and careful work habits.
