Conduct diagnostic research, develop and evaluate treatment plans, and manage complex cases involving children, youth, and families with systemic problems. Support colleagues by advising on care quality, coaching staff, and chairing case discussions. Coordinate care trajectories while maintaining contact with external agencies such as Child Protection and Safe Home. Monitor safety, continuity, and client goals to ensure high-quality care delivery. Work 24 to 32 hours per week within a young, dynamic organization focused on tailored solutions for diverse well-being challenges.
