GEC BIM Leader

Lead and manage BIM strategies across regional projects, ensure alignment with ISO 19650 and internal BIM procedures, support Project BIM Coordinators with guidance and training, oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), coordinate 3D model collaboration (including model auditing, clash detection, virtual construction, and design reviews), deploy BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) across regional projects, ensure BIM data accuracy, security, and standardization, and collaborate with the Central BIM Manager to align regional processes with global BIM strategies. Act as primary BIM contact for subcontractors, partners, and clients, manage client expectations, facilitate cross-team coordination, report on BIM activities, and drive quality, safety, and compliance in BIM-related work. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management, knowledge of ISO 19650, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/Autodesk Construction Cloud, leadership experience managing large teams, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with cloud-based project documentation systems like Windchill Imagine.
