GEC BIM Leader

Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies across regional HV substation and HVDC converter station projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards and internal BIM procedures. Oversee BEPs, 3D model collaboration, model auditing, clash detection, virtual construction, and design reviews; deploy BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and ensure BIM data accuracy and security throughout the project lifecycle. Support Project BIM Coordinators with guidance and training; coordinate with Central BIM Manager to align regional processes with global BIM strategies. Act as the primary BIM point of contact for subcontractors, partners, and clients; drive documentation, audits, and compliance with quality, safety, and cyber-security standards. Emphasize leadership, cross-location coordination, and stakeholder engagement to deliver enhanced project efficiency and quality.
