Manage a territory covering approximately 12 stores in Berlin and the surrounding area, overseeing staff scheduling, recruitment, and training while ensuring compliance with youth protection, addiction, and safety regulations. Drive sales growth by monitoring revenue, costs, and profit margins, optimizing retail locations, and executing active promotion strategies at the point of sale. Prepare and launch new store locations, maintaining key relationships with store managers, landlords, lottery partners, postal service contacts, press distributors, and tobacco suppliers. This role requires a commercial background with extensive people leadership experience, strong knowledge of cash systems and IT, and familiarity with tobacco, press, lottery, and postal business operations. A police clearance certificate is mandatory prior to employment.
