Job Summary
Lead heating, ventilation, and sanitary projects from planning through execution, managing BIM modeling, drawing, and calculations while overseeing team leadership and project finances. Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and consultants, driving acquisition efforts and bidding processes for small to large-scale installations. Conduct regular project meetings, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and supervise junior staff in accordance with strict schedules and on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Höhere Ausbildung in der Heizungstechnik z.B. Techniker HF Gebäudetechnik oder Gebäudetechnikingenieur FH (BSc)
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter (GPL) Heizung / Kälte
- Vernetztes Denken
- zuverlässige, selbständige, flexible, initiative und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer
- Sozial- und Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrungen
- Sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden
- gutes unternehmerisches Verständnis
- Gute EDV- und CAD-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, unsere Lernenden auszubilden
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Koordinations- und Fachbauleitungsaufgaben (HLKKSE)
- Führen der Projekt - Finanzen, - Controlling, - Nachträge, - Auswerten, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der BIM-Methode (von Vorteil)
- Trimble NOVA (von Vorteil)
