Job Summary
Repair and replace parts on Sandvik equipment by interpreting mechanical designs and maintenance manuals to perform necessary alignments and adjustments. Assemble and dismantle gear boxes for inspection, ordering materials, and testing, while performing maintenance tasks independently to detect operating equipment problems. Report and document executed work according to relevant procedures, provide feedback to the team leader regarding service challenges, and train Gear Shop 1 technicians as requested. Ensure all activities adhere to SHEQ rules and safety standards while communicating basic operating procedures to customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience with industry specific equipment
- Technical certification/diploma in mechanical or electrical discapcline
