Job Summary
Assist in the delivery of assigned project scopes within the Inquiry to Remittance (ITR) process, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, technical standards, and safety protocols. Act as a junior point of contact for internal engineering organizations to coordinate design documentation and address technical inquiries. Support project risk management by identifying potential schedule or technical hurdles early and assist in implementing mitigation plans. Participate in Lean engineering initiatives to simplify interfaces and improve efficiency, while contributing to lessons learned feedback loops. Support the tracking of project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project financials. Apply standardized processes to project deliverables to drive consistency, quality, and productivity across all ITR segments. Assist in preparing project updates for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and technical risks. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 0-1 years of experience, with a base salary range of $72,000 to $108,000. Located in Greenville, SC or Schenectady, NY, with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline) from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 0-1-year engineering experience
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States of America
