GDU Animal Care Technician

Provide outstanding animal care and handling while maintaining pig herd health and vaccination programs across multiple gilt development sites. Care for growing pigs, uphold high biosecurity and animal welfare standards, and execute the heat induction process. Maintain required gilt records and assist in gilt blood testing and ventilation adjustments. Submit a copy of a valid driver's license and current proof of auto insurance for site-to-site travel. This full-time role averages 40-45 hours a week, Monday through Friday with every other weekend, with hours varying based on the pig load schedule.
