Job Summary
GDS Travel Specialist role for WNS (Capgemini) supporting Travel and Hospitality clients. Responsibilities include communicating with customers in a professional manner, providing solutions per process guidelines, listening attentively to customer needs, and demonstrating empathy while delivering customer support. Requires at least a high school graduate and a college graduate, with at least 1 year of GDS experience (and preferably travel account experience), plus at least 1 year of BPO sales experience.
